Abstract:
To provide a technique related to improvement of a bucket of a cable type shovel.SOLUTION: A bucket 10 for being used together with a cable type shovel includes a shell 11 and a door 16 which collectively define a cavity for collecting a dug out material. The door 16 is pivotably fixed onto the shell 11 around a pivotal axial line, and the door 16 can be pivoted between a close position for collecting the material and an open position for damping the material. The pivotable axial line is positioned in the front of the outer surface of a rear face wall part of the shell 11, and forms a swing of the door 16 that is shallower and weaker during damping. The door 16 has a front portion bent toward an excavation edge part on the shell 11, and the door 16 has a larger strength, improves loading of the bucket 10, and moves a part of the shell 11 so as to be separated from the highest consumption region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
