Abstract:
To accurately detect flicker having periodicity.SOLUTION: The power converter linked to a system power supply includes: a first variation measuring unit for measuring a variation in a frequency deviation in an AC circuit to which the system power supply is connected; a second variation measuring unit for measuring a variation in reactive power injected into the AC circuit; and a detecting unit for detecting flicker caused by the reactive power on the basis of whether a variation of the frequency deviation measured by the first variation measuring unit and a variation of the reactive power measured by the second variation measuring unit are synchronized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
