Abstract:
To provide a thin absorbent article having excellent absorption performance and wearing feeling even without using fluff pulp in an absorber.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises: an upper layer absorber 30 which is formed of a fiber assembly formed of tow and a first high absorbent polymer dispersed in the fiber assembly, and comprises a prescribed slit 31; a lower layer absorber 40 which comprises a base substance nonwoven fabric 41 with its body side surface being raised and a second high absorbent polymer 42 which is affixed and carried between fibers on a raised part of the base substance nonwoven fabric 41. Between a top sheet 10 and the upper layer absorber 30, a liquid dispersion sheet 60 formed of a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
