Abstract:

To provide a welding method that can suppress generation of a defect, and to provide a method for manufacturing a weldment and a weldment.SOLUTION: A welding method includes a preprocessing step and a welding step. The preprocessing step includes melting part of a first member that is formed by die casting, and then solidifying the part. The welding step includes melting the solidified part of the first member and a second member while bringing them into contact with each other to weld the first member to the second member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
