Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pipe material fixture which can prevent the damage of piping and the lowering of durability resulting from a fastening force at fixation, and a reaction force at an earthquake.CONSTITUTION: This pipe material fixture 1 comprises a bolt main body 2 and a load transmission part 3. The load transmission part 3 transmits a load between the bolt main body 2 and piping 5 as a pipe material which is inserted into an inside space 8 being a space surrounded by the bolt main body, and is constituted of an annular base part 6 and an annular extension part 7. The annular base part 6 is formed into a cylindrical shape so as to cover an entire periphery of the bolt main body 2 including the inside space 8 side except for formation regions of male screws 4, 4 out of a peripheral face of the bolt main body 2. In the annular extension part 7, sideway edges 9, 9 are protrusively formed at opposite sides along a material axial direction of the piping 5 from the annular base part 6, and continuously and integrally formed so as to form a semi-circular shape as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
