Abstract:
To provide a projection type display device capable of eliminating an influence of ambient environment light at auto-calibration.SOLUTION: A projection type display device with an interactive function of superposing, on a projection image, a locus of an instruction pen instructing a desirable position on a projection screen includes: an imaging section for imaging a subject; a switching section for switching between a first state of photographing the light in a visible light region and a second state of photographing the light in an infrared light region; and a light quantity detection section for measuring the brightness of a surrounding area to control the switching section on the basis of a detection result of the light quantity detection section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
