Abstract:
To provide a sliced meat dishing-up device which can supply trays correctly to a dishing-up position and perform easily cleaning operation.SOLUTION: A sliced meat dishing-up device 1 includes: a base 5; a meat piece conveying device 20 for conveying meat pieces m sliced by a meat slicer 10 to a dishing-up position on trays t; and a tray supplying device 50 for supplying the trays t to the dishing-up position. The meat piece conveying device 20 is installed slidably toward the conveying direction of the meat pieces m with respect to the base 5. The tray supplying device 50 includes a tray conveying device 75 for conveying the trays t sequentially to the dishing-up position, and further includes a rotating shaft 80 which pivotally supports in a freely rotating way the tray conveying device 75 between an operating position to supply the trays t to the dishing-up position and a retreating position to make it possible to retreat from the operating position and slide to the direction of the dishing-up position of the meat pieces conveying device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
