Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a plated glass substrate capable of forming a plating film on a glass substrate using a molecular joint technique.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a plated glass substrate 10 comprises a cleaning step Pa1 for cleaning a glass substrate 12, a pretreatment step Pa2 for pretreating the glass substrate 10 treated in the cleaning step Pa1 for molecular jointing, a heat treatment step Pa3 for heat treating the glass substrate 10 treated in the pretreatment step Pa2, a catalyst adding step Pa4 for adding a catalyst to the glass substrate 10 treated in the heat treatment step Pa3, a catalyst activating step Pa5 for activating the catalyst in the glass substrate 10 treated in the catalyst adding step Pa4, and an electroless plating step Pa6 for subjecting the glass substrate 10 treated in the catalyst activation step Pa5 to electroless plating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
