Abstract:
To reduce the power consumption of a parameter setting transmission/reception system.SOLUTION: A parameter setting transmission/reception system 101 includes a transmission circuit and a reception circuit connected via a transmission line. The transmission circuit includes a transmission unit that transmits a first adjustment signal that adjusts a test pattern on the basis of each first parameter, a detection circuit that detects a second parameter determined by a receiver among the first parameters, and a setting unit that sets the second parameter in the transmission circuit. The reception circuit includes a terminating resistor 361 connected to an input terminal, a reception unit that adjusts the received first adjustment signal on the basis of a third parameter to obtain a second adjustment signal, and a setting unit that sets the third parameter, an error count holding circuit that counts the number of errors of the second adjustment signal, a determination unit that determines a second parameter on the basis of the number of errors, and a termination control circuit that controls the connection of the terminating resistor to the input terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
