Abstract:
To provide a rubber temperature measurement device capable of accurately grasping a temperature of rubber in a vulcanizing step using a vulcanizing mold.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 2 and an urging member 8 are arranged in an installation hole 13 formed in a molding surface 12 of a mold 11. The temperature sensor 2 is urged by the urging member 8 so that a temperature detecting unit 3a at a tip protrudes from the molding surface 12 and is kept out of contact with the mold 11. By closing the mold 11, a green tire G contacting the temperature detecting unit 3a is caused to press the temperature sensor 2 against an urging force of the urging member 8 so as to make an opening 13a of the installation hole 13 closed by the temperature detecting unit 3a. After vulcanization, temperature data detected by the temperature detection unit 3a is input to a control unit 9 disposed outside the mold 11 through a communication line 10 extending through a communication hole 14 communicating with the installation hole 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
