Abstract:
To provide a water-in-oil type cosmetic which has excellent make-up durability, gives uniform and soft cosmetic film and has less skin burden.SOLUTION: There is provided a water-in-oil type cosmetic which comprises a powder of which surface is coated with a polyurethane gel composition and an oil soluble silicone resin, wherein the polyurethane gel composition preferably comprises a polyurethane using a glycol represented by HO-R-OH (wherein, Rrepresents a linear or branched alkylene group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms which may have an ether bond) and an oil agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
