Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate including at least one rubber layer and at least one metal layer in which the rubber layer and the metal layer are strongly joined to each other without using an organic solvent-based adhesive.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate including at least one rubber layer and at least one metal layer, includes: a step of roughening a surface of a metal layer; a step of laminating a thermoplastic resin layer on the roughened surface of the metal layer; a step of laminating an unvulcanized rubber layer containing an adhesive component to be bonded to a thermoplastic resin contained in the thermoplastic resin layer, onto the thermoplastic resin layer; and a step of heating the unvulcanized rubber layer, thereby vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber layer to form a rubber layer, and bonding the rubber layer and the thermoplastic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
