Abstract:
To provide anti-human 4-1BB antibodies and fragments thereof which have one or a plurality of structural features which are not found in reference anti-human 4-1BB antibodies and in which specific features of the antibodies can be improved compared with reference antibodies.SOLUTION: Anti-4-1BB antibodies that include a heavy chain CDR3 including a specific amino acid sequence and a light chain CDR3 including a specific amino acid sequence, or antigen-binding fragments thereof, nucleic acid molecules coding the fragments, a host cell including the nucleic acid molecules, and a pharmaceutical composition including the fragments, the nucleic acid molecules, the recombinant vector or the host cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
