Abstract:
To provide a resin back door molding apparatus capable of suppressing or preventing curvature deformation after molding the resin back door.SOLUTION: A resin back door molding apparatus 10 comprises: an upper molding surface 40 which molds an upper frame part 20 constituting a vehicle upper side of a window part 26 of a resin back door 12, in a molding surface 36 of a molding die 38 forming one surface of the resin back door 12; a plurality of injection ports G1-G15 which are formed in the molding surface 36 while including an end part injection port G1 formed at at least one vehicle width direction end part of the upper molding surface 40, to inject fiber-reinforced resin P toward the molding surface 36; and a control part 58 which controls injection of the fiber-reinforced resin P from the plurality of injection ports G1-G15 so that the fiber-reinforced resin P flows from one vehicle width direction end part of the upper molding surface 40 where the end part injection port G1, out of the injection ports G1-G15, is formed, toward the other vehicle width direction end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
