Abstract:
To provide an adhesive sheet having both step followability and processability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer obtained by bringing an adhesive composition into a semi-cured state. The adhesive composition contains a (meth)acrylic copolymer and a hydrogen abstraction type photopolymerization initiator. The content of a thermosetting crosslinking agent in the adhesive composition is 0.1 mass% or less. The content of a polyfunctional monomer in the adhesive composition is 0.1 mass% or less. When the tensile modulus of elasticity of the adhesive layer is P and the tensile modulus of elasticity after complete curing of the adhesive layer is Q, the value of Q/P is less than 3.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
