Title:
LIFT PUMP USING FLYWHEEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2020041539
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To solve a problem that, when rotating a cylindrical vessel having a radius of, for example, 15 cm at 3,000 rpm, a water level difference between surfaces of an external periphery and a center part reaches 113 m, however, it is a surprise that the cylindrical vessel is rotated at 3,000 rpm, and also that the water level difference between the surfaces of the center part and the external periphery reaches 113 m (refer to World Encyclopedia of Heibonsha), then, it has become a current mainstream of a centrifugal turbopump to pump up water by using such an instrument as an impeller, however, this phenomenon does not contribute to an improvement of an increase of a lift by saved energy, and as a result, there is no room for the improvement.SOLUTION: In a current manufacturing method of a cast iron pipe or the like which is, for example, centrifugal casting, production is performed at rotation by a centrifugal force being 40 times to 80 times of the gravity. Here, by constructing a so-called "flywheel" by regularly and uniformly filling a downward-opened structure for making a vessel itself increase a centrifugal force with individuals of hard balls, and making the structure for sending up water from a clearance between the hard balls by a lift blade, a lift pump using the "flywheel" is provided, thus solving the problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
