Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of suppressing deterioration in air electrode material due to combustion gas while raising the temperature of a fuel cell stack by fuel gas.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system (100, 200) includes a fuel cell (1) generating electricity by receiving the supply of fuel gas and oxidant gas, and a startup combustion chamber (32) generating combustion gas by receiving the supply of the oxidant gas and liquid fuel, and introduces the combustion gas into the fuel cell to raise the temperature of the fuel cell to a desired operating temperature. The fuel cell system (100, 200) includes a concentration regulator (33) regulating the concentration of the combustion gas before the combustion gas generated in the startup combustion chamber reaches a cathode electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
