Abstract:
To provide a heater that has both excellent moisture resistance and grease resistance.SOLUTION: A heater includes a substrate, a conductor, a resistance heating element, a first coating layer, and a second coating layer. The conductor is provided on the substrate. The resistance heating element is electrically connected to the conductor and provided on the substrate. The first coating layer is provided on the substrate so as to cover the conductor and the resistance heating element. The second coating layer is provided on the first coating layer and has a higher silicon content than that of the first coating layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
