Abstract:
To suppress an increase of a time required for mounting a stator coil to a stator core, and assembling the stator core to another device.SOLUTION: A resin molding method includes: a first step of energizing a stator coil via a stator terminal in a state in which the stator terminal is clamped using an energization terminal base on which a stator terminal is connected to one end of a stator coil and is arranged outside a stator core and energization and lifting are enabled and a terminal retainer that acts as a counterpart of the energization terminal base and clamps the stator terminal; and a second step of forming an insulating resin on a coil end of the heated stator coil, in which the first step includes mounting the stator terminal on the energization terminal base in a state in which clamp of the stator terminal is released with the energization terminal base and the terminal retainer before the stator coil is energized, and lifting the energization terminal base so that a position of the stator terminal is within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
