Abstract:
To improve output of an electric motor which uses an amorphous steel sheet for a core.SOLUTION: An amorphous steel sheet 38 is arranged on at least a part of a tip part 40 disposed at a tip of teeth 32 of a stator core 34. Parts other than a part formed of the amorphous steel sheet at the tip part 40 and an executive 46 and a yoke 30 of the teeth 32 are formed of material having saturation magnetic flux density larger than the amorphous steel sheet, such as a magnetic steel sheet 44. An iron loss is reduced by arrangement of the amorphous steel sheet at teeth tips having large magnetic flux density fluctuation. Also, by formation of the most part of the stator core 34 with material having large saturation magnetic flux density, output is improved as compared with a case of using the amorphous steel sheet for the whole core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
