To provide a pretreatment liquid for printing capable of manufacturing a printed matter excellent in bleeding of images and wet rubbing fastness, an ink set, and a manufacturing method of a printed matter using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a pretreatment liquid for printing used together with an inkjet ink containing at least a pigment and water, in which the pretreatment liquid contains polysaccharide having an amino group of 1 to 20 mass% and organic acid of 1 to 50 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
