To provide an organic electroluminescent element which can be driven with low voltage, and capable of long life driving with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A composition contains an electron acceptable compound A having a structure unit expressed by the following formula (1), and a charge transport compound A having a specific structure unit. A charge transport film, and an organic electroluminescent element are formed by using that composition.
