Abstract:
To provide a sheet laver crusher with which sheet laver is finely crushed and sprinkled on favorite food, so that flavor and taste can be savored.SOLUTION: In a V-groove body with a palm size length and made of a thin metallic sheet, excluding a region of a few centimeters on one end side, along a center line forming a valley bottom part, a plurality of crushing blades 1 are installed, in a zigzag evenly deviated laterally alternately left and right, projectingly in a triangularly louvered and punching manner, with the region of a few centimeters on one end side forming a grip part 3. When the crusher is in use, after the grip part is gripped, the crusher is turned vertical, with the side face of the multiple-folded sheet laver vertically made to slide along the V-groove, so that the sheet laver is crushed by being rubbed against the alternately arrayed crushing blades.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
