Abstract:
To suppress the scattering of sputter by suppressing the local heating on a laser irradiation surface in a laser welding method of a stator coil.SOLUTION: A laser welding method of a stator coil makes an abutment surface by abutting side surfaces of a first lead part and a second lead part in a first flat wire and a second flat wire, focuses the laser beam on the inner side with respect to the surface of the upper end part of the abutment surface of the first lead part and the second lead part, forms a molten pool in which a conductive element wire is melted by making the laser beam scan in the loop shape on the upper end part of the abutment surface of the first lead part and the second lead part, moves the molten pools while consecutively forming the molten pools along the abutment surface, and consecutively changes the focus depth position of the laser beam and the output of the laser beam when temporally changing the focus depth position of the laser beam and temporally changing the output of the laser beam in the molten pool formation process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
