Abstract:
To provide an exhaust emission control system capable of preventing a reduction in the exhaust emission control performance even when performing the regeneration processing of a filter while performing exhaust circulation.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control system 4 is a system 4 for purifying exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine 2. The exhaust emission control system 4 includes a filter 6, an oxygen storage part 8, an oxygen supply part 10, a detection part 12, an exhaust circulation device 14, and a control part 16, the filter 6 being arranged in an exhaust passage 234 of the internal combustion engine 2 for collecting materials from exhaust gas. The oxygen storage part 8 stores oxygen to be supplied to the filter 6, the oxygen supply part 10 supplies the oxygen to the oxygen storage part 8, the exhaust circulation device 14 performs exhaust circulation to circulate the exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine 2 in intake air into the internal combustion engine 2, and the control part 16 allows the oxygen supply part 10 to supply oxygen to the oxygen storage part 8 prior to the regeneration control to remove the collected materials, and performs oxygen storage control for the oxygen storage part 8 to store the oxygen, while allowing the exhaust circulation device 14 to perform the exhaust circulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
