Abstract:
To provide a blade snapping case allowing a blade snapping work for a cutter blade to be performed efficiently, and capable of receiving the snapped blade in the case.SOLUTION: The blade snapping case of the present invention comprises: an insertion opening through which a cutter blade is inserted, and which is arranged in parallel with a snapping groove of the cutter blade; and a snapping member including a lower blade receiving member rotatably attached with an upper blade snapping plate. The blade snapping case is used for cutting off at the snapping groove, the cutter blade inserted via a rotating blade snapping plate, by applying bending force to the cutter blade. The blade snapping plate has a convex portion. The blade snapping case further comprises: a depressing plate as operation means for rotating the blade snapping plate; and a spring member for returning the blade snapping plate after rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
