Abstract:
To provide a photo-excitation material whose characteristics are hard to decline even in repeated use, the production method thereof, a photochemical electrode using the photo-excitation material, and a photoelectrochemical reaction apparatus.SOLUTION: A photo-excitation material comprises: a photo-excitation material part including an oxynitride that absorbs light for excitation; and a co-catalyst part including a co-catalyst that is arranged in contact with the photo-excitation material part.
