Abstract:
To provide a leg joint for a table which is suitable for attachment of a wooden and immaculate table leg, which can be easily and inexpensively produced with a simple structure, and which can easily and firmly attach a table leg regardless of a cross sectional shape thereof.SOLUTION: An upper joint 11 is provided in a downward protruded manner on a joint body 7 supporting a lower surface of a top plate 2, the upper joint 11 is inserted into a joint insertion hole 8 of a leg 5, a lower joint 10 where a screw hole 12 is formed is arranged on a lower side of the upper joint 11 in a coaxial manner, a bolt insertion hole 17 is formed on the joint body 7 and a bolt 19 inserted into the bolt insertion hole 17 is screwed in a screw hole 12 of the lower joint 10, and any one peripheral surface of the upper joint and the lower joint 11, 10 can pressure contact an inner surface of the leg 5, in a leg joint for a table. Outer peripheral surfaces of the upper joint 11 and the lower joint 10 comprise an equal diameter and a taper surface is arranged on each of facing end parts of the upper joint 11 and the lower joint 10 so that the taper surfaces can engage, and a salient 16 is formed on one taper surface and a recess groove 14 is provided on the other taper surface so as to engage each other and slide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
