Abstract:
To provide a wrinkle smoothing out device which has reduced the risk of water droplets jetting from a steam outlet port.SOLUTION: The steam type wrinkle smoothing out device includes: a handle 2 having a treatment surface 30A which faces with respect to clothing on which wrinkle smoothing-out is performed in the vertical direction, and connected to a steam jetting head 3 including a steam outlet port 31; the steam jetting head 3 including an instantaneous evaporation chamber, and a heating part which has an electric resistance adjusted by a thermostat so as to maintain the temperature of the evaporation chamber in the vicinity of an instruction temperature; and an electric pump 5 for injecting a liquid into the evaporation chamber. The pump 5 is driven by a control circuit for receiving information regarding a power feeding state of the electric resistance by the thermostat, and when there is power feeding to the electric resistance, the pump 5 is operated at a first flow rate, and when there is no power feeding to the electric resistance, the pump 5 is operated at a second flow rate, and the second flow rate is lower than the first flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
