Abstract:
To achieve a more silent punching operation in a punching device for a sheet.SOLUTION: A punching unit D1 includes a driven gear 57 which has an outer periphery formed with a tooth part 111 that meshes with a drive gear 65 rotated by a drive motor 42. The driven gear has a center shaft hole 112 through which a rod-like punch member 40 is inserted in the axial direction, and is attached to the punch member in a manner of being integrally rotated with the axial line as the center and relatively moved in the axial direction by fitting a connection pin 117 protruding in a diameter direction from the outer peripheral surface of the punch member into a guide groove 113 in the axial direction provided in a recessed manner on the inner surface of the center shaft hole. On an axial direction upper end surface 57a of the driven gear, a plurality of axial direction hotels 114a-114d opening in a long hole shape along the circumference coaxial with the center shaft hole are provided in a recessed manner toward an axial direction lower end surface 57b. Each of vibration absorptive materials 115a-115d is filed in each of the axial direction holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
