Abstract:
To provide an operating machine having a footboard device which is prevented from becoming an obstacle to an operator.SOLUTION: An operating machine 1 includes: a vehicle body 3; a floor 22 provided along the vehicle body 3 at the lateral side of the vehicle body 3; and a footboard device 100 provided on the floor 22. The footboard device 100 includes: a step 130 which is pivotally supported by a horizontal rotary shaft S1 and is turned into a first state, in which a lower end 131c is located below the rotary shaft S1, or a second state, in which the lower end 131c is located above the rotary shaft S1, in conjunction with rotation; and a rotation mechanism 150 pivotally supported by a rotary shaft S2 parallel to the rotary shaft S1 and having a lever 151 which rotates the step 130 in conjunction with rotation. The lever extends to an area above the floor 22 and curves so that a tip 153a of the lever 151 faces downward when the step 130 is in the first state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
