Abstract:
To provide a freshness-keeping packaging bag for fruits and vegetables that can sufficiently keep a spatial-antibacterial effect for a long time while controlling breathing of fruits and vegetables.SOLUTION: A packaging bag consists of at least two sheets of films, and at least one of the two sheets of films is an antibacterial film. The antibacterial film is a lamination consisting of a base material, an adhesive layer and a heat fusion resin layer. The adhesive layer includes an antibacterial agent selected from a group consisting of aldehydes or alcohol compounds with boiling point of 130 - 260°C. When the antibacterial film is heated to 150°C for 20 minutes, the volatilization amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.1 - 1.5 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
