Abstract:
To provide the faucet device that is easy to use and can be downsized.SOLUTION: The faucet device comprises: a faucet body 10; a water discharge part 11 that extends from the faucet body 10 and has a water discharge port formed on a tip side; a manual opening/closing valve 14 housed in the faucet body 10; a manual discharge passage 53 and an automatic discharge passage 54 in which an upstream side communicates with the manual opening/closing valve 14 and a downstream side communicates with the water discharge port; an operation part 12 that operates the manual opening/closing valve 14 to adjust a mixing ratio of hot water to cold water and a flow rate of water flowing to the manual discharge passage 53; an object detection part 13 that detects an object to be detected when the object is placed in a detection area; an automatic opening/closing valve 56 that is provided in the automatic discharge passage 54 and is opened/closed based on a signal from the object detection part 13; a manual discharge detection part 57 that detects that the water is being discharged through the manual discharge passage 53 upon an operation of the operation part 12; and a control part that closes the automatic opening/closing valve 56 when receiving a signal from the manual discharge detection part 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
