Abstract:
To be able to set a correction coefficient for each light receiving element.SOLUTION: A detector comprises: an image sensor 1032 comprising a plurality of light receiving elements 10321; a first voltage detection part 1034 using a first capacitor 10341 to detect a voltage according to incident light in a first detection period for each light receiving element 10321; a second voltage detection part 1035 using a second capacitor 10351 to detect a voltage according to incident light in a second detection period following the first detection period for each light receiving element 10321; a detection control part 1036 performing first control for setting a first detection period to be same as a light reception period in the image sensor 1032, and second control for setting a second detection period to be same as the light reception period in the image sensor 1032; and a correction coefficient calculation part 107 calculating, as a sensitivity correction coefficient, for each light receiving element 10321, a sensitivity ratio based on a voltage detected according to the first control by the first voltage detection part 1034 and a voltage detected according to the second control by the second voltage detection part 1035.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
