Abstract:
To provide an analysis method and an analysis system of a gaseous composite capable of quantitating with high accuracy the gaseous composite in vacuum ultraviolet single photon ionization.SOLUTION: An analysis method of a gaseous composite according to the present invention, the analysis method of a gaseous composite for measuring a concentration of a target substance in the gaseous composite by vacuum ultraviolet single photon ionization, the analysis method of the gaseous composite includes a sample preparation step of preparing a standard sample of the target substance having a predetermined concentration using the gaseous composite, and a calibration curve generation step of generating a calibration curve, relate to the vacuum ultraviolet single photon ionization, about the target substance in the standard sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
