Abstract:
To provide a technique for identifying an area of a parking lot which is not regulated in map data.SOLUTION: A parking lot identification system includes: a travel trajectory acquisition section for acquiring a travel trajectory of a vehicle that has traveled outside a parking lot regulated in map data and also outside a road; and an area identification section for identifying a newly constructed parking area being an area where a parking lot which is not regulated in the map data exists based on the travel trajectory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
