Abstract:
To provide a device capable of automatically determining a posture of cloth.SOLUTION: A posture determination device AA determines a posture of square-shaped cloth C1 having a posture tag 21 on one or both of two diagonal corner parts 13 and 13 uniquely defined in a positional relation between vertical/horizontal directions and front/back surfaces. The posture determination device AA comprises a conveyance device 30 for conveying the cloth C1 in a vertical direction, a camera 41 for imaging one surface of the cloth C1 being conveyed by the conveyance device 30, and an image processing device 43 to which an image captured by the camera 41 is input. The image processing device 43 specifies a position of the corner part 13 on which the posture tag 21 is attached according to the image and determines a direction of the front/back surfaces of the cloth C1 on the basis of the specification result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
