Abstract:
To provide a transport apparatus that can be downsized, a processing unit and a processing system.SOLUTION: The transport apparatus comprises: two lengthy bases 11A and 11B arranged along arrangement directions of honing devices 101 and 103 and measurement devices 102 and 104 and connected to each other; palettes 3 which are arranged on the two bases 11A and 11B, and on which workpieces W are placed; a base driving part 40 that connects with and drives the base 11B; and pallet holding parts 111 which are provided in the two bases 11A and 11B respectively, and hold the pallets 3 when transporting the base 11B in the arrangement direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
