Abstract:
To provide a chat system capable of hosting a chat triggered by an approach from a chat host side without decreasing motivation to access for a chat participant.SOLUTION: A control unit sends a mail including an URL to a mobile communication terminal of a target recipient stored in a storage unit over a communication line. In a chat system for inviting the target recipient to a chat screen of the URL, the storage unit includes a master user identifier of a chat host, a slave user identifier for identifying a plurality of slave users associated with the master user, a session identifier for expressing a correspondence for each slave user associated with the master user identifier, and message data. The control unit sends, to the mobile communication terminal of the slave user, a push mail that includes a dedicated short URL generated for each slave user obtained from shortening the session identifier in a manner so that the master user identifier is included in a display, and the message data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
