Abstract:
To provide a filter for filtering nucleated cells that is capable of improving the recovery rate of the nucleated cells, and a filtering method using the same.SOLUTION: A filter of the present invention is a filter for filtering nucleated cells and comprises: at least any one of metals and metal oxides as a main component; and a plurality of through holes formed such that the diameters of the inscribed circles of the through holes are smaller than the sizes of nuclei of the nucleated cells. Such a configuration enables isolation of nucleated cells from liquid containing the nucleated cells, and improvement in the recovery rate of the nucleated cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
