To provide a light-emitting apparatus that is light-weight, is not easy damaged, and has flexibility.SOLUTION: A light-emitting apparatus includes a first flexible substrate, a second flexible substrate, a device layer, a first adhesion layer, and a second adhesion layer. The device layer includes a light-emitting element. The device layer is located between the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate. The first adhesion layer is located between the first flexible substrate and the device layer. The second adhesion layer is located between the second flexible substrate and the device layer. The first adhesion layer and the second adhesion layer are in contact with each other outside an end portion of the device layer. The first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate are in contact with each other outside the end portion of the device layer, an end portion of the first adhesion layer, and an end portion of the second adhesion layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
