Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device in which high speed operation and size reduction are possible.SOLUTION: A circuit 30 is caused to function as a storage device having a function to store data and a function to perform a logic operation, on the basis of a fact that the circuit 30 has a circuit 31 having a storage circuit and a circuit 32 having a logic circuit. The circuit 30 can output data stored in the circuit 31 and data corresponding to a result of the logic operation in which the data stored in the circuit 31 is used as an input signal. A circuit 20 can directly obtain a result of the logic operation from the circuit 30, and thus a frequency of input and output of a signal performed between the circuit 20 and the circuit 30 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
