Title:
HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2020076300
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To improve the adhesive strength between a heat insulation material and mortar as well as maintain such adhesive strength for a long time.SOLUTION: A heat insulation material 10 is constituted by affixing face materials 12 at both surfaces of a tabular heat insulation layer 14 composed of synthetic resin foam, and each face material 12 comprises a reinforcement layer 16 composed of glass fiber non-woven fabric and an outer surface layer 18 composed of non-woven fabric containing alkali-proof glass fiber. Adhesive strength with concrete or mortar can be improved since basis weight of the non-woven fabric containing alkali-proof glass fiber is 30 or 50 g/m. In addition, water absorption of underground moisture due to the face material 12 can be suppressed even when the heat insulation material 10 reaches up to underground as a paper material is not used for the face material 12. Occurrence of the event can be thus prevented which mortar exfoliates from the outer surface layer 18 of the face material 12 caused by the water absorption, and adhesive strength of mortar to the face material 12 can be maintained for a long time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
