Abstract:
To provide a cleaning history of an endoscope by using the existing cleaning device.SOLUTION: An endoscope cleaning history management system comprises an endoscope 2 provided with an endoscope tag 6, a cleaning device 3 provided with a cleaning device tag 7, a tag reader 5 for enabling a transmission output to be set to one output or two outputs lower than one output, and a management device 10. The management device acquires related information between the endoscope and the cleaning device by using an endoscope ID 6a read from the endoscope tag and a cleaning device ID 7a read from the cleaning device tag in a state in which a transmission output of the tag reader is set to the one output, tries communication between the endoscope tag and the tag reader in a state in which the transmission output of the tag reader is set to the two outputs, determines that the endoscope is cleaned in the case that the endoscope ID written in the endoscope tag can be acquired, acquires a cleaning history of the endoscope, and associates the related information with the cleaning history.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
