Abstract:
To provide a technology to optimize the balance between income by sale of electricity and expenditures by operations by switching whether or not to execute an electricity selling prioritizing control on the basis of the forecasted weather of the day.SOLUTION: A controller can selectively execute learning control for heating water in a tank by estimating a scheduled hot water supply start time point of the day on the basis of an operation history of each day during a past predetermined period, acquiring forecasted area information of the day in an area where photovoltaic power generation equipment is installed, and actuating a heat pump at a time point prior to the scheduled hot water supply start time point by a predetermined time, and electricity selling prioritizing control for heating water in the tank by actuating the heat pump at a time point prior to the expected time of sunrise specified on the basis of the forecasted area information by a predetermined time, and switches the control to be executed between the learning control and the electricity selling prioritizing control on the basis of the forecasted weather of the day included in the forecasted area information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
