Abstract:
To provide an image processing apparatus capable of generating a favorable panning image even if a background and a motion of a subject being follow-photographed are close to each other.SOLUTION: A motion blur prevention part 200 of an image processing apparatus comprises: reference region designation means for designating a reference region; motion blur correction target region specification means 205 for automatically specifying a motion blur correction target region having a prescribed association with the reference region; reference motion blur specification means 202 for specifying a reference motion blur from the motion blur correction target region; and motion blur control means 203 for changing a motion blur inside the motion blur correction target region so that the reference motion blur becomes a prescribed motion blue, and performing control so that a motion blur change amount inside the motion blur correction target region and a motion blur change amount outside the motion blur correction target region are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
