Abstract:
To provide an economical pelvic floor muscle strengthening training tool which can strengthen a pelvic floor muscle for preventing urine leakage, train a trunk for improving a user's posture, and correspond to a body type of each user, and can be easily washed.SOLUTION: A pelvic floor muscle strengthening training tool comprises: an elastic cushion 2 arranged under a human body hip; and a detachable cushion cover 3 for covering a surface of the elastic cushion 2, and a soft rod material 7 is provided on at least a width direction center part of the cushion cover 3 along a cross direction. The soft rod material 7 is provided on also each of both side parts in a width direction of the cushion cover 3, and the soft rod materials 7 can be drawn from the cushion cover 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
