Abstract:
To provide a separation success/failure determination method by which success/failure of a separation process can be determined, a particle detection method and a particle separation device.SOLUTION: A separation success/failure determination method includes: a separation process of step S1 at which a sample containing a first particle and a second particle is flown into a flow channel, and the sample is separated into a first sample containing the first particle and a second sample containing the second particle on the basis of a difference in magnitudes of a force acting on the particles contained in the sample; a measurement process of step S2 at which first information concerning an amount of the first sample and second information concerning an amount of the second sample are measured; and a determination process of step S3 at which success/failure of the separation process is determined on the basis of first information and second information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
