Abstract:
To provide a component transfer device which is pressed and displaced by a force application unit fixed to a pipe member and can improve displacement accuracy of an attraction member of an electronic component.SOLUTION: A component transfer device 10, which repeats rotation and temporary stopping of a rotor 13 with a hollow motor 12 formed with a through hole 11 and moves an electronic component W attracted and held by an attraction member 14 mounted on the rotor 13 in an advanceable/retreatable manner, includes: a pipe member 28 which is arranged so as to penetrate through the through hole 11 and is communicated with the attraction member 14; attraction force generation means 30 which is connected to the pipe member 28 and allows the attraction member 14 to generate an attraction force by intake air; and a force application unit 35 which has a movable member 33 which presses the attraction member 14 of the rotor 13 in a temporarily stopped state and displaces the attraction member 14 to the rotor 13, and is fixed to the pipe member 28. The component transfer device is provided with an air intake part 41 which takes air supplied to the pipe member 28 by intake air of the attraction force generation means 30 from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
