Abstract:
To provide a sliding door retracting device capable of shortening the length dimension of a device body while securing a predetermined stroke length.SOLUTION: Piston type dampers 20, 21 of a retracting device 1 are configured as a set damper device including the piston type damper 20 arranged in the positive direction with the tip of a piston 20a directed in the sliding door closing direction, and the piston type damper 21 arranged in the opposite direction with the tip of the piston 21a directed in the sliding door opening direction. A cylinder part 20b of the piston type damper 20 arranged in the positive direction and a cylinder part 21b of the piston type damper 21 arranged in the opposite direction are held by a damper holder 22. A front end of the piston 20a of the piston type damper 20 arranged in the positive direction is connected to a slider 15, and a front end of the piston 21a of the piston type damper 21 arranged in the opposite direction is connected to a case end face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
